Go to the recipe section forum and click deserts. I have found so many delicious things. I choose which one I want by how many people responded that they tried and liked it.
Good luck

compote or applesauce
you can make a cooke dough and freeze it till shabbos
you can also buy a cake mix (duncan hines is my favorite!) and then you dont need to worry abt it till 30 min before shabbos.

Just make whatever you'd usually make and stick it in the fridge or freezer. Cakes and cookies do well in the fridge or freezer. Ice cream pies definiely will be fine in the freezer as well!

You buy a ready made crust
melt one stick margarine and a nobless chocolate bar(white paper with brown horse on it)
mix three eggs and one cup confection sugar
mix both things together. Put in crust and freeze for like 30-45 minutes.
whip a ten ounce bottle of whip with some instant vanilla pudding and put on top. Sprinkle crushed vienesse crunch on top. It's easy and always goes.

Ambrosia!!
1 can mandarin oranges (not drained)
1 can crushed pineapple
1 strawberry or raspberry flavored jello
1 bag frozen strawberries

defrost topping and strawberries. Prepare jello according to directions and add to oranges and pineapple. Cut up strawberries and add in defrosted dessert topping and mix well. Refrigerate and enjoy!!
