I seem to recall having seen a recipe for individual choc cakes that when you open them, there's sauce inside and you serve them hot.

If someone could post a link or has the recipe, I would really appreciate it.

TIA.

Duncan Hines has a brownie mix, the only parve cake mix they make. If you mix it according to directions, then pour it into a muffin pan and under-bake it, I'm told that it is delicious and like the type of cake you're describing.

Duncan Heines also has a mix that comes with a plastic bowl you put in the microwave and bake for a minute and a half. It is yum, but sadly for most, it is OU-D.

But there is a recipe out there for one you make from sctratch. S/o told me she was served Fri night with warm runny choco cake the hostess had left on the blech.

kosher by design short on time has a recipe for this. it is simple and unbelievable. you can make it in advance and refrigerate it and just bake it shortly before you serve it.

Thanks to those who answered.

I don't have KBD SOT but I found a recipe online. I've made it and put it in the fridge overnight and I bought a disp. muffin tray b/c I don't have a real one.

Hope it turns out good!

Do a search for "molten chocolate cakes", you should find it.

If you are making the cakes please go out and invest in ramikins. It makes such a difference. If you live in Brooklyn they are a pack of six for $3.00. It is worth the investment bec. you can reuse them. Closeout Connection sells them. Call them and maybe they will ship. Also you can get them in Bed, Bath and Beyond and with a coupon $5 off of $15 it comes out cheap. You cannot compare the difference in taste when you use ramikins.

Do you know for sure that closeout connections has them? I was there today and did not see them. that is a great price, though.

I bought them at Closeout two years ago, last year I told my sister about it and she got them too. Call them up and ask them

Does anyone have the recipe for this, either the one from KBD short on time, or another one?

you dont need a recipe, Im not joking. Just buy a box of duncan hines brownies, prepare as directed, spray the ramekins, and cook at 305 or 315 for 20 min, until the top looks "shiny". The inside will be runny. I always go for the simplest route. esp when it comes to baking. Duncan Hines never fails..

Please post the recipe if you have it. I don't like the taste of duncan hines. Al Ta'am V'Rei'ach...
