I want to make nice individual pastries. what can I make if I have the frozen dough and already whipped richs whip?

napoleon style pastries.
cut the parts of puff pastry double the size you want when baked. bake until golden.
let cool. make sandwiches of puff pastry with whipped cream inside.
sprinkle with confectioner sugar or make an icing.

you can dress it up with some sliced strawberries between the layers and some on top. You can also drizzle some chocolate syrup on top too, or on the plate before placing the pastry.

I have a friend who used to make small individual puff pastry tubes with rich's whip inside. It's hard to explain but it was let's say 4 inches long and narrower on one side and wider on the other side like a small mini shofar. Looked very elegant. She'd top it with confectionery sugar or a hard chocolate zig-zag lines.
