need a recipe from Kosher Palette ASAP

looking for the 40 clove garlic chicken recipe.
If someone has a few minutes to type it out, I would really appreciate it.

1 (3 1/2 to 4) lb chicken, quarter or in 1/8ths
1/4 -1/2 tsp ground pepper
1/4-1/2 tsp paprika
40 cloves garlic , unpeeled
3 T. balsamic vinegar
Garnish, 3 to 4 sprigs, rosemary

Preheat oven to 375.
Place chicken in bottom of baking pan(9x13). Sprinkle with pepper and paprika.
Place garlic around and on top of chicken. Sprinkle chicken and garlic with vinegar.

Bake uncovered and basting occasionally for 1 1/2 to 2 hours or until chicken is done. Place chicken on serving platter, reserving pan juices.

Remove several garlic cloves for garnish. Press remaining garlic in a sieve or colander using the back of a large spoon. Discard peels.

Add several tsps of garlic puree to the juices in the pan , stirring well. Spoon over the chicken. Garnish the plate with the reserved garlic and sprigs of rosemary.
