This looks YUMMY ok so it needs major editing..I.e. remove pork products and substitute. Thinking of the final kosher product makes my mouth water profusely..Let me know if you give it a try.. I plan to! lol

hm ... I don't like beans - but if I did I would try it ... modified to 1/2 head of garlic ...
change the pork to chopped meat
leave out the bouillon cube/flake/granule - too much msg
and I get to drink the beer

Gonna have to store this away for later! DH likes this sort of thing, the hotter the better!
I've used those morning star farms fake beef crumbles to make 5 alarm chili before (we like it with cheese on top) and be warned, since the fake meat is fairly tasteless it soaks up ALL the heat. My mom couldn't even smell it without burning her nose it was so hot. Beware! hehe.
