Does anyone have any ideas what a schedule should look like for 3 and a half month old twins?

My twins are 4.5 months. The schedule is they do what they want when they want with no rhyme or reason and every day and every night is different and I'm exhausted. B"H.

I don't have twins so I can't really help with schedules (if there is such a thing with twins)
I do know that my friend who had twins took a night nurse once a week, so that at least she would get one night's sleep a week and she said that one night gave her strength for the rest of the week.

I guess Hashem gives mothers of twins double amounts of koach and tolerance for sleep-deprivation? May He give you all double and quadruple amounts of nachas too!

I didn't have a schedule at that age, but at that age if they were still waking up at night I would feed them together...... if one twin wakes up and gets a diaper change and a bottle, so does the other. That way I'm not up at 2 for one twin and 5 for the other (hopefully).

I would nap them together, feed them together, etc.

8:40 am-9:00 am- change diapers/get twins dressed for the day
9:00 am-9:45 am- play on their playmat/tummy time
9:45 am- 11:00 am- nap
11:00 am-11:45 am- bottle feeding/change diapers
11:45 am- 12:30 pm- play/tummy time
12:30 pm-2 pm- nap
2 pm-2:45 pm- bottle feeding/diaper change
2:45 pm- 3:30 pm- tummy time/ play time
3:30 pm-5 pm- nap
5 pm- 5:45 pm- bottle feeding/diaper change
5:45 pm- 7 pm- play/tummy time/ bedtime story
7 Pm- 7:30 pm- baths, lotion massages, pajamas
7:30 pm-8 pm- last bottle feeding of the night, listen to soft music while eating
between 8 pm and 5 am- retrieve my daughter's pacifier about 4 times and give it back to her (she's working on sleeping better...
5 am- 5:45 am- bottle feeding twins and possible diaper chnage depending on how it feels/smells
5:45 am-8 am- sleep

and do it all over again! I wonder if anyone has a routine like this....im a first time mom so im just goign with what I see my twins are most comfortable with...
