Ingredients:
8-10 lasagna noodles
1 green pepper, sliced thinly
4-5 mushrooms, sliced thinly
1 can tomato sauce
cottage cheese
shredded cheese
Directions:
1. Cook lasagna according to package directions, drain and cool.
cut lasagna to fit your pan.
2. First spread a little tomato sauce on the bottom of the pan, then layer first the noodles then some sauce. Sprinkle the cut up pepper and mushrooms over the sauce. Then drop small spoonfuls of cottage cheese over it. Then sprinkle with shredded cheese. and repeat to have 3 layers, ending with the cheese.
3. Bake at 375 F covered with tinfoil for 45 min. Then uncover and bake for another 5- 10 min.
