My company posted job openings ten years ago on Craigslist oddly enough, and my coworkers that were hired then are still happily employed here. They said that they were surprised back then that it wasn’t a scam because of Craigslist’s reputation. So it is possible that there are actual jobs on there but I’d assume most are scams so be very, very careful.
