My cleaning lady doesn't take the garbage out when shes done cleaning my house
she also doesn't put anything that's on my counters into the pantry like salt, pepper, flour, oil
is that normal?
I've asked her to do it but I don't want to keep asking. its very annoying

Some people specifically don't want their help doing those things so she might be used to that or misunderstood and thought you don't want her to?

It's often hard to find stuff others put away and sometimes things get put in the garbage by mistake and easier to find right after or garbage needs to be put outside in specific way/place

Some people don't want the cleaning lady to take out the garbage since there was a story of a cleaning lady that would steal items and put them in the garbage and have her friend pick up the garbage at night.

I specifically don't like when they take out the garbage. I like when it goes out after supper with all the food discards. We don't use more than one a day.

I could see someone not wanting their cleaning help to put it out to avoid them putting it in the wrong garbage can (between recycling/not).
