Since many times the kids have their preferences and won’t always eat what everyone else does, what dinners do everyone in your family usually all eat?

Milchig tacos
Vegetable soup and garlic knots
Home made pizza
Hamburgers and French fries
Sushi
Salad with grilled chicken and roasted sweet potatoes
Bh my kids aren't so picky I have one who doesn't eat fish except sushi for some reason and one who doesn't like chicken that isn't super soft but other than that everyone basically eats whatever is made. Except pasta, my kids won't touch pasta of any kind.

Unfortunately there isn't a single supper that everyone would eat. Not a single chicken or meat recipe that works for everyone.
Now that I'm trying to diet I very often need to make a 3rd supper.
I'll accept hugs.

Same
I give up making supper for my family
I just told dh today that I am serving cereal and milk for the next month. Maybe then my kids will start to appreciate my hard work preparing dinner and actually eat the food. Right now I'm at he end of my rope and feel like I'm cooking for the garbage

I did this once for a whole week. I think it worked back then. Currently it hasn't been too bad, but yeah if my kids start the "kvetch about dinner no matter what it is" stage again, I'm gonna do it again. I cooked for just myself and dh that week, kids had cereal every night.

I don't love making it too often because fried us not the most healthy, but sometimes good enough has to be good enough. Pan fried

No hugs in this forum but I feel you.
I think if I served brownies, I would get 100% buy in.
Otherwise I can get most for some dishes, some for others.
I don't think there's a single one that's 100% approved.
I will do things like a shawarma bar as even those who won't eat chicken might take salad components...

I do this. I aim to make dinners that everyone can eat at least 2 components from. But yeah, otherwise I think it's just pizza.
Component dinners that go over well enough (everyone can find enough to eat):
Eggs, healthy pancakes, fruit
Falafel, pita, salad, hummus, fries/rice/other carb
Burgers, steamed broccoli, chicken noodle soup
Pasta, breaded fish, green beans/peas
Breaded chicken, rice, steamed veggies

Noodle soup, fried breaded cutlets , cold cut salad, fried kani sticks, French toast, potato kugel, chicken soup, French fries,
These are all fool proof in my house. Not necessarily things that I can make weekly. Noodle soup is 2x or 3x a year. Chicken soup and potato kugel is every Thursday.
