Has anyone been to Grand Beach hotel recently? It seems to be getting negative reviews recently pertaining to the cleanliness and maintenance issues (no air conditioning, construction noise...)?
Is that true?
Any other ideas for a beachfront hotel within walking distance to Kosher food?

I was just there. Was very happy. Clean, updated and kosher food across the street.
Just ask for a lower floor if you don’t love heights. lol

The good thing about the grand beach is that it has large rooms with a lot of beds. It’s good if going with friends or family.

We only stay at Grand Beach, never had negative experience. It's not a luxury hotel, but it's worth it for the convenience. It's clean & fresh.

The rooms are 2 room suites that have 2 full bathrooms. The double rooms have 2 full beds in one room, and a couch that converts in to a full bed on the 2nd. They also have 3 room suites & connecting rooms.
