Rumor has it that Nesher taxis are still operating from Ben Gurion to Jerusalem (but not the other way). Can anyone confirm please? 🙏

I was last there a few months ago. And they were not operating. Some nesher type vans randomly showed up but not neccesarily to jerusalem + not on any particular schedule or predictability + couldn't get enough people to fill up. The driver told me nether closed. Some of the drivers that used to work for them still go the airport but nothing organized properly.

We've used this taxi/shuttle service and they are very reliable and their prices are really good price start at 200 shekel for regular car. They have a whole range of vehicles.

My daughter recently took a sherut from Ben Gurion to Yerushalayim. I just assumed it was nesher but I guess not. It was a full van and she paid 150 NIS (which I thought was high).

I don't know if this helps--but my son said the train is really easy to take to and from the airport connecting to Yerushalayim.

Your son was right, thanks! I'm not a huge fan of trains but it was a fantastic experience!

He sounds nice and his prices are really cheap. Half of every other driver I called. It sounds too good to be true. Have you used him more than once? Is he reliable?

My daughters have used him several times at least 4 times in the past year and was reliable, he has different drivers and to my knowledge they are all religious.

I have been ordering cars from itiel for almost 3 years.
This is network of frum drivers. Itiel is sort of a middle man who organizes it. And yes his prices are usually less than the moniyot.
Trustworthy and reliable.
If you don’t have a lot of luggage- the train is cheaper and faster ( especially during rush hour) However you then need to walk a long way to the light rail or bus. And then you need to know where snd which bus to take.
