like 80k. I am the main breadwinner.
2 kids and we are drowning. We just cover our expenses, usually NOTHING extra for extras like amazon or even a slice of pizza. I have $75 in my account for now. waiting to get paid, after I pay rent Im left with barely anything

Just me and DH with baby on the way around 150k but really depends on month because DH has his own business. I am in school, bH we are comfortable but I think that’s because we have no kids right now and rent.

He owns his own business for almost 20 years .

You’re also assuming he’s making all that himself with out me working .

I work . I make a nice salary as well .

Right now we make about $75k combined. 3 kids.

DH main full time job ~$48k after withholding
DH side job ~$12k
Me working part time ~$10-13k

We have no debt, some retirement savings due to a small yerusha which we decided to invest and not touch. BH
OOT, fortunate to own a modest house ~1600sqft with a very cheap mortgage.
Full tuition for all 3 kids, but OOT, so vouchers for those over K.
We meet expenses but rarely put anything away.

We make about $350k a year with 3 kids 7 and under. It's definitely enough even though we have a pretty high mortgage ($4,600). We aren't careless spenders but we do spend on what is important to us or things that make it easier for us to both work full time. We put away about $20k specifically in a 401k and an additional $20k in an investment account, plus $300 a month towards our kids investment accounts.

There are two of us, my teenage daughter lives with my ExH, I support her as well. My husband isn’t currently working and is looking for work. I make about $38k as a Teacher’s Assistant. We don’t put any
away in savings. Hashem makes it work.

I make 30k very part time
DH makes $300-500k depending on the year

5 kids. We do ok. We save a lot because my husbands business isn’t something we can fully count on until retirement.

I am divorced with 2 kids. No child support at all. I make about $65k. It's definitely not nearly enough.

We make about 175 k combined and it’s not nearly enough with 2 kids. One kid has some special medical needs we have a full time helper for. We are really struggling but not much to cut back on because of medical need

Same! Maybe it was closer to 32 or 35k to start. Somehow we live on about the same level due to kids mortgage and inflation 20 some yrs later on 200k
