I work in an office with lots of women. 99% of them have a baby every two years or every 1.5 years.
there are 3 departments in my office. AP, AR and Accountants. every time someone goes out for maternity leave they need to train someone in to the account that they were working with. so accounts are being moved around all the time. is this a normal way for an office to run?
