Did anyone ever use this? My few month old baby has eczema and someone mentioned this cream to me. Does it have any side effects?

I used it and it does really work, however: if there is an ongoing underlying issue, allergy etc. then it will resurface as was the case with my son(13mos), took him to energy healing to find out the triggers and only then did his skin really heal completely
