Position Overview:
The Store Manager will take full responsibility for the day-to-day operations of the retail shop, ensuring smooth running of the business and delivering an exceptional
customer experience. This role will allow the proprietor to focus on strategic objectives by
placing operational management into capable hands.

Requirements:
 Previous experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Manager in a retail setting.
 Strong leadership and people management skills.
 Ability to work independently, take initiative, and problem-solve.
 Proficiency in managing stock, ordering, and handling pricing challenges.
 Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management tools.
 Excellent communication and customer service skills.
