Hi what’s the best app to get for a quick easy workout . I would do it 3 times a week
Would love something for stomach area but really anything will do if it’s good

I like doing the Chloe ting challenges on YouTube because you follow each days videos and it’s easy to follow along (plus free)
Be warned they are very tough

Peloton. You can join one of the challenges or programs to have a set workout each day. You don't need the bike or any equipment; they have floor routines.

Nourish Move Love on Youtube has workout programs and if you sign up for her emails you will get a schedule every week of the week's worth of workouts.
