Does anyone have any ideas how to find a cabin or small home for a family of five with a hot tub. It could be anywhere within three hours from Northern New Jersey. It would be for only one night. I’m looking for relatively inexpensive

Look in poconos. Like blakslee area. We’ve stayed in bigger homes there with hot tubs.
