Not sure what this question is…
The ones that are fasting will not, the ones that are not fasting will eat whatever they eat every Friday

Those of us who serve toyameyu also keep halacha.
All men over 13 in our house will be fasting until after Kiddush.
It is a fast day!!!

Im sorry.
I hate to be that person.
But halacha clearly states that all men over 13 AND ALL WOMEN OVER 12.
An exception is made for sick people, pregnant and nursing women.
But the standard is that women fast according to the Shulchan Aruch and Mishna Brura

I don't do full-fledged toameha but I usually serve kugel on Friday afternoon. I don't do that on a fast day. It's a "delicacy" type food that's special for Shabbos and Yom Tov (and erev Shabbos and Yom Tov) and I don't give those types of foods to even my non-fasting children on sad fast days.
They can have rice cakes or fruit or vegetables if they're hungry after lunch before the seudah.

Again, think outside the box. Be openminded my dear.

No. They barely keep the torah. All they do is shukel at the rebbe's tisch and eat kugel.

Rude comment and unnecessary
Why would you even go down that path?
Considering that we are commemorating one of the stages in the process of the Churban (due to sinas Chinam), this comment seems to be particulary in poor taste.
We can do better. Be nice
