All have pros and cons.

My pediatrician advised me to start with the Nuk since it's best for oral development and then if it doesn't work to try the Mam. She strongly advised against the round Bibs ones.

All my kids liked the nuk pacis and they are the best for their teeth. Cheap and easy to find anywhere.
