What should I use to keep a good smell? I tried the air absorbers (whatever they are officially called), but it seems to only work for the 1st few days (not 30 days).

Any recommendations for a diffuser? When you say febreze, do you mean to spray it occasionally?
In the laundry room things can take a few days to be put away, sometimes a load sits for an hour or 2 if I'm working and can't get to the dryer.

Thank you! How long would you say it lasts for?

The screws that hold the toilet seat down, the part that that's underneath, gets really disgusting. Wash that and all the parts of the toilet seat, the walls next to the toilet and see if it helps.
