TIME SENSITIVE - hope someone can help…
I have an older relative who lives on 46th between 12th and 13th. He is unwell and probably asleep by now. Would anyone know if that block was affected with no electricity? Would need to go and travel in from Long Island to check on him if yes. Can’t sleep with no heat and he wouldn’t wake up. Ty.

I saw that part of 13th Ave between 43 and 44 didn't have power (one store had half the store on power and half off).
43rd between 12&13 had full power (fire was right there).
Dd's school on 46 bet 13&14 had power.

I would suggest you get a phone number for a couple of his neighbors for such situations in the future.
