any ideas for a costume for a 3 year old girl - must be with a skirt/dress. also welcome to shalach manos ideas, I usually don't match my shalach manos to kids costumes but if it something nice and classy I would (meaning I am not into giving something completely random that just has to do with the theme, it has to be actually something good/ ppl can eat)

When we did an ocean theme my youngest dd was a mermaid. She wore a shell under a mermaid dress.
We did simple ocean cookies (bought a cookie cutter set) that were decorated, a bottle of water, and some other stuff I can't remember at the moment.
