The cutlet recipe says to grill but I don't have a grill or grill pan accessible. Is there another way I can cook my cutlets. I already have them marinating in the sauce. Is there another method of cooking that will come out tasty as if they are grilled?
I know I can put them in a 9x13in the oven but should I do higher than 350? Will that burn?
Or should I just use a frying pan? with/without oil?
Any ideas...

Thick cutlets or sliced thin?
Thick cutlets you can place spread apart in a 9x13 pan and bake uncovered at 375 for 30 min.
Thin? On a cookie sheet in one layer at 400 for 20 min.
Not the same as grilled but if you slice them on the diagonal after letting them rest 5-10 min, they should look just as good.

You can cook in a pot but if you have a lot it won’t all fit at once and you probably don’t want to do too many batches especially if you plan on having family dinner
