Any neighborhood recommended for a young couple-both in school not too yeshivish, to rent where they may have a few others in their age range?

Looking to live in Monsey 4 years. How much is the rent in the area ? Also are there any areas closer to Cuomo bridge. Going to have to travel to Valhalla NY every day and would prefer to keep it as short a drive as possible

Going to school in westchester?
Haverstraw homes may have basement apartments for rent. The area is nice and young and close to the highway.

I do that commute. At 8-9 in the morning, it usually takes about an hour, but when there's no traffic it's 35 minutes.
