Use a squeegee to really scrape all the grime off with some soapy water.
ETA: I meant a rubber broom that has a squeegee on the other side. I do this from time to time. I use the bristles to loosen up everything and then the dirt gets scraped with the water via the squeegee part.

SPONGA. clean your broom ( can be cleaned in a bucket of water and dish soap ) then pour clean warm water that was mixed with palmolive on the floor ( not too much at a time ) then scrub with the floor with a broom and pick up the water with a handled dustpan ( sweep water into dustpan ) and watch all the dirty water be sweeped up then dump dirty water into toilet .
then when your done scrubbing and picking up all the dirty water with broom then squeege residual water into one area and try to pick.up ( with broom and dustpan ) most of the water should be able to be collected
Let floor dry
. try avoid using rags that makes the house smell. sounds complicated but once done not so hard and soooo satisfying seeing dirt flush away and sparkling floor
FYI ONLY DO THIS ON TILE
NO WOOD OR VINYL OR LAMINATE

Sounds amazing. Do you use only a broom or also a sponja stick? Can you even buy one of those out of israel?

There should be a drain in kitchen and bathroom floors so you can squeegee dirty water straight down the drain.

There are scrub brushes with long handles like a broom. I use that.

In order to do that , the floor has to be waterproof, otherwise it will shower downstairs.
Im from SA, all kitchen/bathroom/laundry room floors are waterproof. We scrub the floor with soap and water, them with a squeegee and more water, get everything down the drain.
