Baby shoes generally don't go on sale, but you can ask for a last season shoe.
I like Weingartens for a 1st shoe.

Not in Monsey itself but I think there’s a Nordstrom like 15 minutes away right off the Garden State. They’re having their half yearly sale now

Amazing... I feel more comfortable have a woman help me fit my baby than a man, not sure why lol.
I'll give a call and see also if they're having a sale.

Thanks everyone for your help!

Not sure why, but I think I feel more comfortable with a woman with shoe fitting than a man....

Also, I can't imagine spending a 100$+ on a pair of shoes for a 12-18 month yo baby thats why I was asking about sales Hiding

I can ask to help me fit my child with shoes from last year seasons?
The stores wouldn't mind that?

I would think they would tell me to figure out myself and maybe they'll do a quick check to ensure the right fitting....

I totally understand that, but I'm not sure you'll get away too cheap in any of the local stores, for the first 2 pairs of shoes, then you can get cheaper options in hopscotch

Is that good for a high instep? My kids have that and it makes finding shoes a little more difficult
