Following on from a post about cooking.. how many times do you change in a day? I mostly wear the same clothes all day and whilst this does save on laundry could be worth changing more for exercise and cooking.. also I like to wear something I feel good in when I’m at home too.. interested to hear what you do..

Once.
On the odd rare occasion that I work out before work then twice. Otherwise I get dressed in the am and get undressed before bed.

Fresh nightshirt after shower in the evening.
Same nightshirt when brushing teeth and putting on makeup in the AM.
Thow on a stretch skirt with it for bus.
Get dressed into proper work clothes.
Come home and go to bus in work clothes or back to nightshirt and long skirt.
Just nightshirt rest of early evening as I cook and do laundry.
Fresh nightshirt after shower in the late evening.
So basically a nightshirt and work clothes each day, with a stretch skirt added as needed.

I stay in the same clothes all day. Put on pajamas at night. Is this unusual?

When I get up I throw on junky clothes to make my children breakfast, take them to bus, then do my exercise in.
Then I shower and dress for work.
When I come home I get back into junkier clothes to cook. I can't cook in my work clothes. I'm a messy cook. I'll usually stay like this for dinner.
Often I'll get back into work clothes again to go out and run errands, go to a class, etc.
Last change is into pajamas.
ETA: Junky doesn't mean rags. Just cheap and casual that I won't be devastated if it gets stained (and also is comfy for exercise).

I get dressed for work. When I come home I change to a long skirt and sweatshirt. It's more comfy and I dont want to make supper in work clothes.

Usually the same outfit all day. In the hot months I change my bra and panties if sweaty
