If you do it on your own you can have it for much cheaper on Zno. Honestly I think it’s insane to spend $500+ for a baby album but I wouldn’t do it for cheaper…. It takes hours to put together

Prices vary. My mother paid over $1,000 for my brother's baby album. It was top of the line. 100% custom. And beautiful. You get what you pay for.

Wow, times have changed. I got one from my husband's younger siblings (13 and 11 yrs old). They used construction paper and markers. I'm pretty sure the album was from one of their sticker collections.

That's how it started, the kids put together a project, took a few old pictures and made a nice album. Today its a big expence.

Why? If its the pictures that's wanted, you can stick it into a regular album for a few dollars. If the focus is on the cover and fancy pages, does that justify the crazy cost ?
Sounds like a case of mixed-up priorities.

People are really struggling to make ends meet when it comes to marrying off their children. It might be nice, but totaly unnecessary compared to the price tag.
