Do you have a special area for cleaning supplies? Brooms, mops, etc. where is that?

We made a hidden closet in our kitchen. The doors are a chalkboard and white board where we write reminders and menus. Inside the closet there are hooks for aprons, and hanging apparatus for brooms, hand brooms, etc and shelves for cleaning supplies.

We keep excess supplies in a storage closet in the laundry room. Our mop and bucket go under the utility sink in the laundry room.

Cleaning supplies on a sturdy high shelf in laundry room. No access to little kids because everything is out of reach. Vaccum cleaner, mop, all that stuff are in there too. I know a lot of people doing fresh construction put the laundry upstairs near the bedrooms. That would make my set up impractical.

Yes, I’m building a house with the laundry room upstairs near the bedrooms. Can I still keep most of my cleaning supplies there?

If you have a regular cleaning lady it shouldn’t be an issue

Its not super practical. Off the kitchen would be best. I keep bulk soaps and shmattas upstairs in the laundry room, but I have small closet off the kitchen with broom, mop, cordless vacuum, vacuum, mr clean spray, windex, stainless steel spray, and some shmattas. Picture running upstairs every time u want to wipe down counters

I have a tall cabinet at the entrance of my kitchen (next to fridge, there’s one of the other side). That cabinet has brooms, mop, vaccum and all supplies
