Anyone else have it that only the girls have winter vacation but the boys don't?
We can't go away because my boys won't miss school and DH works. I end up trying to figure out local things to do using Ubers and that all my girls would be into but also not too exciting because the boys aren't getting these trips.
I really detest winter vacation. It's so much pressure on parents. Most families I know go on some kind of vacation over Yom tov or in the summer, this random vacation in middle of the winter for only the girls, really throws me off.
Come to think of it, probably anyone with kids in multiple schools runs into the same issue of vacation not all being the same time.
Anyway, any words of advice?

How old are the boys? Can hub adjust schedule a bit to be able to care for them in AM and PM so you and girls can go away? If not, can you and the girls do local day trips?!

I am a SAHM and DH works very full time.
He takes off a few days in the summer and chol hamoed so we can go together as a family.
The problem is that the boys are jealous and it's not fair to take the girls on a vacation and cool trips when they have school and no vacation. It's also hard for me to take the girls all out myself.
Does everyone have all their kids on the same vacation schedule?
