I don't know that area well. I don't know how far that is from Boynton but there is a huge and beautiful grocery called KC Market where you can get take out for Shabbos. Also a place called Glicks in Delray. I've never been but heard good things. In Palm beach there is a newish high end restaurant called The W. They may have a shabbos meal package. Never been there either but it got rave reviews.
