So I used avocado oil last night for shnitzel (previously used it in baked goods and for latkes) for the first time. Last night dh and I were queasy and slight nauseous and dd age 4 had a bowel movement accident in middle of the night which has never happened before. Wondering if it’s related, the schnitzel needed a ton of avocado oil, more than had it been canola. I was constantly refilling the pan with each new batch of shnktzel as the avocado oil was getting absorbed - I don’t need to do it as often with canola
Curious if that’s normal? If it’s related?
