If you're very sensitive, then I don't think any comedy show is 100% clean accordingly.

Drybar comedy is a Chanel on YouTube and type in “Drybar comedy clean” and clean ones typically come up.
They are usually great.
“Man with a plan” it’s a great tv show.
“Beverly Hillbillies”- show about poor hillbillies who become rich from oil on their lot and move to Beverly Hills. Second season isn’t as clean but first season is.

Blazing saddles is so not clean. They have a character called "Lili Von Shtupp, a German seductress-for-hire" as per the wiki
I love Mel Brooks. He's hysterical. But clean he is not.
ETA: isn't Tootsie about cross dressing .
And in Back To The Future the mom (as a teenager) falls in love with her son (who's not yet born) and he makes a plan with his dad to assault her so his dad can be the hero and they'll fall in love since he messed that up. And then the bully actually takes over the assault.

An unemployed male actor disguises as a female actress and wins a female starring role. He always knows he is pretending.
