And what can I do to make my clothes unattractive to those pesky hairs? I'm guessing they're picking up the hairs from the floor because they don't come out of the washing machine that way.

It's a combination of winter static, and tights combined with carpet.
Some tights and maxi skirts are more prone to the static electricity.

Oh my it drives me crazy & disgusts me! I can find hair in my butt. I don't wear tights. Guess it's the static of the skirt.

Dry air causes static which is usually from the forced heating running in the winter and drying out the moisture in the air. That makes your clothes and hair get static.
Also get robot vacuums to clean up your floors from hair and run it often. Especially the floors in the areas where you brush and style your hair.

It’s static honey. You can try static guard but really it’s the material of those skirts mixed with winter static.

I never wear tights with my skirts or robes, only cotton socks. We have zero carpet at home. What can I do to prevent it?
