I don’t follow a specific recipe

I sauté onions, diced carrots and diced beef. Add sesame oil, ginger, salt, pepper, garlic powder and brown sugar

Cook thin spaghetti noodles and add to the pot

*I don’t do measurements, just do everything to taste

Sure, it’ll still be delicious

FYI, this recipe is sweet & savory. It’s not a combo you’d expect but is addictive once you try it

Website called darn delicious has an amazing vegetable mo mein recipe. Best part is no onions to saute!
