Where do you keep important papers and/or lists of things like accounts, insurance policies etc?
Actual documents are in a lockbox but lists of accounts, passwords, insurance policies etc which I don't necessarily want to give others access to right now, but if anything happened to us would be needed. Also passwords to phones and email.

We keep everything in LastPass. My husband has a very strong password, and if God forbid he or I passed away in three months, our kids would be able to access everything in it all our passwords and everything. We just have copies of everything we don’t actually have physical documents of anything. We might have a will in our safe, but that’s about it. LastPass makes it extremely easy and it’s also great to save all your passwords on. We set our kids up with it as well.

We do similar, with KeePass. All other passwords from me and DH are stored. We don't access each other's information as a rule, but have access if needed.

I go low tech with a small notebook. Too many data breaches for me to trust ANY online storage. At least with a notebook someone would have to physically be here, not anywhere in the universe, to steal it.
