You can look for other adaptogen tea and coffee. There is nothing magical about this for weight loss. When you read the studies even if there may be some insignificant benefits for adaptogens those are given in higher doses than for what these blends sell. If you want it though im just helping you understand the labels and ingredients better so you can find something similar.
