The outside of my silicone mold has these weird white dots growing on the outside. Is it mold?
For reference it’s an ABC mold that I used once to melt crayons.
Can I still use it or do I need to replace?

It goes in the oven where my food also goes obviously and I’m nervous.
I’m wondering though if it is mold?
I only use it once so super weird.

Because mold is porous and even if you scrub it off of the surface, it's embedded underneath and will bake into your cake. You don't want that growing in your belly.

It's perfectly ok to bleach moldy utensils as long as you rinse them thoroughly. If you're concerned about the bleach, wait a day to use the utensil. Any residual bleach will decompose into salt and water after about a day.
Did you know dentists use diluted bleach to irrigate teeth before root canal? And restaurants and institutions use bleach to disinfect reusable dishes?
Go ahead and bleach your moldy mold, OP.
