Sounds a little hypocritical but my husband is ‘balbatish’. He grew up in a super poor home and worked his a$$ off to turn things around and make a better life for his children. I’m super appreciative and thankful but he loves to dress and feel and I should look beautiful and sophisticated and Rich. Yet…. We didn’t ’make it’ yet. I can’t afford luxury investment watches or designer scarves. Anything I can get that will leave me in 150$- 200$ budget but will feel luxurious?
Try mercari or poshmark for luxury items at better prices. Filter your search for new (with or without tags) if you don't want used.
E.g.I bought fashion-conscious DS a ferragamo wallet for $90, new sam coat for Dd for $175... I always make an offer to the seller up to what I am willing to spend. Some sellers accept my offers and some counter-offer, and I decide from there.
