I'm going to make little fruit tarts in the baked pastry shells, and I'm looking for a recipe for the glaze on top of the fruit. I searched online, found a few and tried one. It didn't work, so I'm looking for a tried-and-true recipe.
Thanks.

Just heat a little jelly and brush it on. Red currant jelly for red fruits, apricot jelly for orange fruits, etc.
