Hi! Finally-FINALLY-ready to hire a personal trainer and need some recs please. Need someone experienced working with very out of shape beginners so we can start slowly without being too much stress and build up. Would really appreciate any contacts that you know personally are great. And I don’t have any equipment. TIA!

Yes but only in a group but I know she does private as well. Really love her classes.
