I just can’t decide. Too many options and opinions… want what’s best for baby’s oral structure… also bottles. I tend to have reflux babies but not into dr brown bottles, any advice for the decision fatigued?

I’d start with Mam comfort or NUK. Mam comfort have a very narrow neck so it won’t mess up teeth the way the original Mam will. Nuk is orthodontic so also better for tooth development. Both are cheap and easy to get in store if you have an urgent need, but you can find nice-looking colors online if the aesthetic matters to you.

Go to the grocery store and see what they have. Whatever they have will be the easiest to replace when you invariably lose it.

I was told by a speech therapist that mam is the best. I never size up past the 1-6 months.

The flat orthodontic nipple is better for the mouth and always stay with the smallest size.

I don't know if this is what you're looking for, but for my 3mo, I just discovered the Munch Mitt by Malarkey kids and we love it. She doesn't always keep a pacifier in her mouth and she's started chewing her hands, so this is so much better. It can also go in the washing machine which is huge for me because I simply have no more patience to handwash and sterilise a single item more in my life.
For pacifiers though, we love our jollypop ones and for bottles we use avent and the ones that came with my spectra pump. She likes the spectra ones the best but she'll take the avent.

Just don’t use those trendy pacifiers. I started with them because they were so aesthetic and then found out they are terrible for teeth! BH I was able to get my baby to switch to Mam, because he’s autistic and still constantly has his pacifier at 4 years old.
