What gym do you like in Lakewood?
I know of the one by gourmet Glatt and cross street fitness.
Any others?

Same, I really like cross Street fitness
There's also missfit - it's a different type. CrossFit style workouts, all classes are the same, no regular equipment

No. They have a few rowers since they use those in their classes sometimes, and loose equipment that they use in classes - dumbbells, barbells, boxes, jump ropes, kettlebells
