Any recommendations for a good restaurant in the 5T that's not overpriced?
Also anyone know how the hashgacha is in chosen island in Lawrence?

Another vote for Traditions if you favor American Jewish and Chosen if you like Chinese. Carlos and Gabby's if you want more chilled rather than full restaurant service. Upper Crust if you want dairy - it's not cheap but I don't think overpriced either if you're looking for a restaurant. Coffee Bar is another dairy option that may be lower than Upper Crust, it's less fancy but still has waiter service. I believe all are under the 5 towns Vaad which is considered The local preferred hechsher.
I think that might be it that meets the description of both restaurant and reasonably priced but I don't go out enough to say for sure.
