I'm a size 36/ 38 DDD. I need a good supportive bra for exercise. I dont wanna sweat out my everyday, expensive bra. any sports bras I've tried so far are not supportive, (even the ones that are listed as such) and its embarresing to run/ jump... any leads?

I feel you waiting for leads.
With such a size I realized that sports bras don’t cut it

???
so are you saying that I'm hopeless? what size are you? somehow sounds like youre skinny. this is a safe haven for plus size fashion. I'm sure there are other women my size who work out, and they all wear a bra. I'm wondering which one

I have from the brand ewedoos on Amazon, maybe check if it comes in your size. Was good for me when I was 40d, but I realize that's not the same. They have free returns so worth a shot

If you put "looking for plus size supportive bra for exercise", you might get more results.
I though you were looking for underpants (which many call underwear) so I didn't open the thread the first few times I saw it.

I think you misread what she wrote. I read it as her saying she's also such a size, and hasnt yet found anything that works. (im also btw, the only bras that worked for me so far are regular underwire) Maybe get 1 or 2 pairs just for exercise?)

I don't know if this will be helpful, as I'm plus size but smaller chested:
I just get a very very full coverage bra with underwire and use that to exercise. Any sports bras I tried were uncomfortable or unsupportive. I also adjust the shoulder straps to make them extra snug before starting to work out so I'm not jiggling.

If no sports bra works for you, you're most likely wearing the wrong size.
ETA:
I posted about this on a previous thread. It's very common for women to be wearing the wrong size, even if measured professionally, especially plus size women.

ETA:
Relying on straps for support means your band definitely isn't working, whether it's the wrong size, stretched out, or just poorly designed.
