Spinoff of the basement rental thread.
Is there a bigger demand for a duplex rental in the south side of town?
My neighbor told me that she advertised her home in the masa mattan for like 3 months but ended up getting a tenant by word of mouth. Not through advertising.
I heard the same from a different neighbor who advertised her basement rental. She got her tenant by word of mouth and not through advertising.
Is it even worth advertising?
