I’m visiting a family member who I haven’t met in years. Her home isn’t available for hosting right now, so I’d like to take her out somewhere.
She tells me all the eateries there are overwhelming and noisy, is there any place in the lower avenues where we can hang out and enjoy some quality time? It doesn’t have to be a place with food.

There’s a new store Cookie Corner from Lakewood that’s amazing on 13&45. I’m not sure about crowds though.

It's an office building so people are coming and going but it's calm and not noisy.

If you don't want a loud place then don't go lunch time. Between 11:00-2:00 most food places are full so go before or after.
