Easiest way to edit out small segment of video on phone

I took a video on my phone, Samsung Galaxy if it makes a difference. I'd like to edit out about 5-10 seconds at 2 different points in middle of the video. I'm not very good at these things, what's the easiest way to do it?

I can do it on a computer, if that's easier.

If you have whatsapp, you could easily do it before you send.

You could also edit your videos in the Galaxy "gallery app", just click on the pencil button
