I’m noticing the new trend to have some hair pulled out on both sides of the wig. Who decided that this is in style of now? How did you find out about it? Did your sheitle macher style your wig that way?

What does this mean?
Can you post a picture?
(I'm hoping it means the sheitel hair sticks out, not the natural hair.)

I don't think this is a particularly new style.
Wigs are by nature heavier than natural hair. Having all the hair pulled back either in a half-pony, tucked behind the ears, or eith Bobby pins will give a very heavy impression on the side. Leaving a few strands out softens the look. I've seen sheitels styled this way for years.

I saw this too and I think it looks pretty. But it bothered me way too much to have these hairs flying around and tickling my face.

Those have been around for years. The only problem I have with them is they stick to my lipgloss
